1. Enter a valid E-mail address
2. Enter an account number in the "Account Number" field. This can be any of your Croghan Colonial Bank account numbers (Checking, Savings, COD or Loan). NOTE: Do not enter any hyphens or spaces in your account number
3. Select what type of account number was entered in the Account Number field.
4. Enter your TeleBanc PIN that was mailed to you.
5. Enter a Security Question and Security Answer (optional)
6. Click on Submit
7. The next screen will ask for an Access ID. This is the same account number entered in the previous screen. NOTE: You will use this account number for all subsequent logins.
8. Next enter a password of your choice but, it must be an 8 character, alpha-numeric password containing at least one number and one alphabetic character. Confirm your new password by entering it again in the Confirm New Password field.
9. Click on Submit
