1. Enter a valid email address.
2. Enter an Account Number in the appropriate field. This can be any of your Croghan Colonial Bank account numbers (Checking, Savings, CD or Loan). NOTE: Do not enter any hyphens or spaces in your account number.
3. Select what type of account number was entered in the Account Number field.
4. Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
5. Enter a Security Question and Security Answer (optional).
6. Click on Submit.
7. Enter an Access ID of your choice. This ID must be at least 6 characters in length. For security reasons, please do not use an account number. NOTE: Do not share your Access ID or password.
8. Enter a password of your choice. This password must be alpha-numeric (contain at least one number and one alphabetic character) and be 8 characters in length. Confirm this password by entering it a second time in the Confirm New Password field.
9. Click on Submit.
