Follow on-screen instructions provided for a single or a
recurring payment.

Many times, your payee will already be in the BillPay
system. However, should you add a new payee that is not
already verified, the system will check to make sure the
mailing address is accurate. During this time, you will
see “Pending” next
to that payee. Please allow 3-5 days for the
verification process before sending a payment.

Once your payees are entered and verified (if
necessary), you can start sending payments.
·
Please allow 5-10 business days for your payments to
reach your payee by your payment due date.
