Croghan Bancshares, Inc. Welcomes Josh Frederick to Board of Directors

Croghan Bancshares, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Josh Frederick to its Board of Directors. November 9, 2022, Josh Frederick was appointed to serve on the Croghan Bancshares, Inc. and Croghan Colonial Bank board.

Josh Frederick is President/CEO at NOMS Healthcare. Mr. Frederick received his Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) from Kent State University in 2000 and his Master of Taxation from the University of Akron in 2004. He received his CPA license in 2008. Known among the large and ever-expanding NOMS family for his quick wit and approachability. He serves on a variety of community boards, is active with his local school district and church, and enjoys spending free time with his wife and three children.
