VP, Senior Manager - Client Experience 

Theresa is effective in helping to move Croghan forward by providing attention and focus on the customer experience. She is proud to lead and work alongside a team that is committed to its customers and communities. Theresa sees the value in financial education as a way of providing our youth with the tools and education to lead bright financial futures. She has over 20 years of retail banking experience and is known as a Mom, wife, coach, and volunteer.

Melissa WalkerMelissa Walker

VP, Retail Operations Manager

Melissa manages branch operations and branch services and works to improve the customer experience. She ensures employees comply with the banking regulations designed to protect customers, employees, and the bank. Melissa oversees all security matters, which range from fraud, adult financial exploitation, and even employee and customer safety.

Melissa strives to lead by example, personifying her values of kindness, compassion, empathy, and hard work. She enjoys continuing to expand her knowledge and growth from every experience.

Melissa is a graduate of Fremont St. Joseph Central Catholic High School and a Graduate of the BAI School of Retail Banking at the University of Wisconsin. She is active in her local community serving as a current member of the Oak Harbor Rotary Club and the Past President of the Port Clinton Rotary Club of Main St Port Clinton.

She currently resides in Oak Harbor with her husband and enjoys golfing and spending time with her family.

Jodi AlbrightJodi Albright

VP, Regional Manager

Being a lifelong resident of Fremont, Jodi is proud to be a community banker and fortunate to be in a position to help others. Jodi has spent her career in retail banking, working closely with the team to ensure an excellent customer experience. She has been instrumental in branch sales and service, retail lending, operations, business development, acquisitions, and security.

Jodi attended Terra State Community College and is a graduate of the Ohio Bankers League School of Banking and Leadership Sandusky County. She prides herself on being a Croghan Ambassador, being involved in various organizations, and volunteering her time in the community. Jodi is a former President of the Fremont Kiwanis Club and a Chair of the Kiwanis’ All-Inclusive Play Park. She is a Past Chair and Ambassador for the Sandusky County Chamber of Commerce and served on the Downtown Fremont Board of Directors. She is a recipient of the 2014 Sandusky County Chamber of Commerce Clark Ambassador Award.

Jodi enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters, and grandchildren. In her free time, she loves traveling, boating, and camping.

Jeanette EidenourJeanette Eidenour

AVP, Fremont Area Manager

Jeanette enjoys working and building relationships in the Fremont area and surrounding communities. She is passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals, as she believes that each customer has their own unique story. By listening and getting to know each customer, she can work to provide a personalized solution, equipping customers with the education and tools they need to achieve financial success. Helping others is truly one of the most rewarding aspects of her role with Croghan.

Jeanette is an ambassador for the Sandusky County Chamber, serves on the board of Downtown Fremont, and is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Sandusky County.

Outside of work, Jeanette enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. As a family, they enjoy outdoor activities, camping, and working together on their family farm.

Rebecca EstepRebecca Estep

AVP, Clyde & Green Springs Area Manager

Rebecca is proud to be a community banker, Croghan ambassador, retail lender, and trusted advisor for Clyde, Green Springs, and surrounding communities. The biggest reward of her job is being able to help people. Everyone has their own story and goals, and she gets to help them no matter where they may be on their financial journey. She works hard to help customers achieve their version of financial stability. Rebecca has been working as a banker in the Clyde community for over 20 years and has deep pride and love for this community and the people she serves.

Rebecca is a 2008 Sandusky County Chamber of Commerce Clark Ambassador Award winner, 2016 graduate of Leadership Sandusky County, and 2017 Champion of CASA Dancing with the Stars.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her son, family, and friends. Rebecca also loves to cook, listen to music, and be outdoors, as well as thrift shopping.

Ashley HansenAshley Hansen

AVP, Oak Harbor Area Manager

Ashley strives to make it a personal and professional priority to focus on the youth in Oak Harbor and surrounding communities as a Croghan brand ambassador. Ashley truly believes in our motto, and her overall goal for the Oak Harbor Market is that her community can identify, without hesitation, that Croghan Colonial Bank has a strong presence and is participating in the community.

Ashley continues to advance within the banking industry, moving from a part-time teller to an Area Manager of her market. She cherishes that she can sit on a few boards in her community as Vice President.

Outside of work, Ashley likes to spend time with her husband, two young boys, and her dog. Her family is outdoor enthusiast, spending their time boating in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter.

Taylor KeisterTaylor Keister

Port Clinton Area Manager

Taylor Keister is actively involved in the Port Clinton area and surrounding communities. She is passionate about helping people, and working in the banking industry has given her the platform to do that. Taylor works to get to know people and understand their financial picture. Working in banking has allowed her to guide people along their financial journey, and over the years, it has become her passion.

As a graduate of Ohio State Beauty Academy, Taylor started her banking career as a teller, setting a goal for herself to continue to advance within the banking industry. Taylor has continued her growth and advancement and is now overseeing Croghan’s Port Clinton offices and staff. Within her previous and current roles, she has helped train and develop coworkers, sharing the knowledge and experience she has gained. Helping people on their financial journey has genuinely become Taylor’s purpose.

Outside of work Taylor’s Husband Pastors a local church that allows them to be actively involved in the Castalia community. One of the Keister family’s biggest passions is the Church’s food and clothing Pantry. Being able to assist and meet new people is meaningful to them, and through the pantry, they have been able to do so. Taylor and her husband currently reside in Fremont, OH.

Linda McNealLinda McNeal

AVP, Oregon & Curtice Area Manager

Linda McNeal has more than 35 years of banking experience that she uses to service the Oregon Market and its surrounding communities. Her banking knowledge includes Business Development, Community Ambassador, Branch Management, Consumer lending, Commercial lending, SBA lending, Private Banking, and Treasury Management.

Before making an impact at Croghan, Linda attended the University of Toledo, majoring in business administration. Linda loves to work with local schools, providing them with financial literacy assistance. She also works diligently with consumers, businesses, and non-profits, to help them improve their overall cash flow.

Outside of work, Linda enjoys sewing, quilting, and spending time with her family and friends.

Lou Anne SitterlyLou Anne Sitterly

AVP, Norwalk & Milan Area Manager

Lou Anne Sitterly has more than 30 years of experience with Croghan Colonial Bank. Lou Anne has worked in several local communities on her journey to Norwalk. She strives to be an active member of her community by participating in the local Salvation Army.

Lou Anne’s favorite part of what she does is building personal and business relationships with customers. She loves taking the time with each customer, to make sure all of their needs are being fulfilled.

Gwen StallardGwen Stallard

AVP, Tiffin Area Manager

Gwen Stallard has over 35 years of banking experience in her local communities and over half has been dedicated to helping customers in personal banking. She makes every effort to be an active member of her community by assisting our customers in the Tiffin Market.

Before coming to Croghan, Gwen attended Hondros College and received her license in insurance and investments, and was delighted to incorporate this knowledge into banking.

Gwen also incorporates her vast experience in information technology, as well as project management. With experiences in so many aspects of banking, Gwen is an essential part of Croghan Colonial Bank.

Nicol WaughNicol Waugh

Bellevue & Monroeville Area Manager

Nicol Waugh serves and represents Croghan Colonial Bank as a Brand Ambassador in the Bellevue and Monroeville communities.

Nicol has been in banking for over a quarter of a century, starting right out of High School. She began as a part-time teller, later moving to full-time in areas such as Operations, Lead Teller, Teller Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and Area Manager. She dedicates her growth and many of her accomplishments to Croghan and the experiences they have provided to her.

Nicol has a quality of fun about her, dancing a little bit every morning before she leaves for work. Dancing helps brings out a tangible, energetic mood to boost morale and help everyone with whom she interacts.
